Here's what we usually get asked
The trial week begins with a comprehensive one-hour testing session to assess the athlete’s strength, power, movement quality, and injury risk. Based on this, a personalised exercise program is created and delivered via our app. For the next seven days, the athlete gains full access to our supervised daily group sessions to complete their program and experience our coaching environment.
Yes — we just ask for a minimum of one week's notice. You can cancel your membership anytime or place it on hold for any duration, no questions asked.
Absolutely. We regularly work with athletes during fixed blocks — especially in the offseason. Programming is tailored to your sport, season phase, and goals. Common short-term reasons include:
Offseason performance development (our most popular option)
Injury rehab support when previous care hasn’t been effective
Pre-season preparation before transitioning to a club’s S+C program
While short-term blocks are welcome, many athletes choose to stay with us year-round to maintain progress, reduce injury risk, and adapt their training across in-season and offseason phases..
If you can’t make a scheduled 1:1 session, we’ll credit you a makeup session the following week (e.g. you can do two sessions the next week). However, if you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, that session will be forfeited. You’ll still have full access to group sessions and the gym regardless.
Not at all. We coach athletes of all experience levels. Every session is scaled to your age, sport, and training history, with close supervision and clear instruction.
Yes — injury resilience is a core focus. Our programming includes strength, mobility, and movement quality work designed to reduce common youth sport injuries.
Absolutely. We adjust programming based on your competition schedule, travel, and recovery needs. Many athletes train with us year-round to stay strong and reduce in-season drop-off.
We assess key performance markers like strength, power, jump height, and movement quality. You’ll receive a simple report with progress tracking and updated training goals.
We track your metrics every 8 weeks and adjust your program accordingly. You’ll also notice improvements in speed, power, and confidence on the field.
Yes — you can place your membership on hold at any time with one week’s notice. We’ll help you re-integrate when you return.
Physio isn’t included, but members on our $110 and $170 weekly plans receive 50% off physiotherapy. The $170 plan also includes half-price massage and chiropractic.
Yes — all members have access to open gym hours for extra practice, recovery work, or completing their program independently.
Book your $35 trial week online or contact our Five Dock clinic directly. You’ll start with a 1-hour testing session and get full access to group training for 7 days.
Exceptions may be depending on the applicant

Before any training begins, we run a comprehensive one-hour testing session during the trial week. This includes strength and power profiling, movement screening, and injury risk assessment. We don’t just guess — we use data and hands-on evaluation to understand how the athlete moves, where they’re strong, and what needs work.

Based on the assessment, we design a tailored training plan that aligns with the athlete’s sport, season phase, and goals. Whether it’s rugby, netball, combat sports or endurance, we use validated performance metrics and real-world movement data to guide programming. Every 8 weeks, we re-test and adjust — so athletes train smarter, not just harder.

Athletes progress through structured stages: foundational strength, power development, field transfer, and recovery. With access to daily group sessions, 1:1 coaching, and open gym time, they build resilience and performance year-round. Our goal? To help athletes not only perform better — but stay in the game longer, with fewer setbacks.
